APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Slab Clad

Slab Clad R is a membrane-forming concrete curing compound that is based on C5 resin and combined with performance-enhancing additives.

When applied to freshly laid concrete, Slab Clad R forms a surface film that enables a high rate of moisture retention – assisting in the development of strength, abrasion resistance and durability.

Slab Clad R is a Type 1-D, Class B curing compound, achieving >95% moisture retention and complying with AS 3799-1998 (Appendix B). Slab Clad R conforms to Department of Transport and Main Roads MRT S70.

Reveal 3-5

CCS Reveal 3-5 is a water-based chemical retarder used to expose the aggregate in concrete driveways and slabs.

CCS Reveal 3-5 is designed to delay the setting of the mortar paste on the surface of the concrete to a controlled depth, without delaying the hardening of the concrete slab below the surface layer.

Aliphatic Alcohol

CCS Aliphatic Alcohol is a water-based concrete finishing compound designed for use on freshly poured and screeded concrete.It is designed to reduce the evaporation of water during finishing processes such as troweling and is great for reducing the effects of rapid drying when placing concrete during high temperatures, low humidity and high wind conditions.

Providing protection for concrete, concrete pre-cast panels and masonry surfaces from graffiti absorption, it also enables easier removal of graffiti.
